The Founder and CEO of LDC Associates and APEX Management Consultants brings a multidisciplinary background in business administration, accounting, economics, and business process improvement. With expertise in accounting information systems, mortgage finance, and small business operations consulting, our founder helps businesses approach operational challenges with clarity and structure.
This professional foundation is supported by a Master of Business Administration earned with a Honorary Society Membership, an Executive Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Additional studies include a post-baccalaureate certificate from the University of Virginia, comprising 30 credit hours in real estate finance.
As an Executive Business Process Re-engineering Manager and subject matter expert, our founder brings an analytical, practical perspective to strengthening processes and supporting more effective business operations.

She brings over a decade of corporate experience in accounting, finance, and administration, providing a practical foundation for supporting both the team and its clients.
Her professional background includes financial recordkeeping, account reconciliation, fund monitoring, reporting, and audit support. This experience has shaped her careful approach to accuracy, documentation, and follow-through; qualities she carries into her work as Administrator.
Alongside her administrative responsibilities, she contributes to the development of onboarding procedures, tracking systems, training materials, and digital resources. She combines her experience with business software and online tools to simplify routine tasks and make information easier to access and manage.
